01 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern the relationship between bon999 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("Player," "User," "you," "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the bon999 website and its associated gaming services at bon999.cam.

bon999 is an online casino and sports betting platform operating under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), serving players located in the Philippines.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. bon999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. 02 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of bon999's gaming services is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. Players under 21 years of age are absolutely prohibited from registering or participating in any form of gaming on the Platform. bon999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bon999 is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that your use of bon999 does not violate any laws applicable to you.

2.3 Account Registration

To create an account on bon999, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal full name, date of birth, and valid contact details;
• Not already hold an existing bon999 account;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with bon999 or PAGCOR;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bon999 or its related entities.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active bon999 account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. bon999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any funds held therein, including winnings, pending investigation.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines, bon999 may at any time request documentary verification of your identity, address, and source of funds. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, Driver's License), proof of address, and financial documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

03 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bon999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. bon999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify bon999 immediately via the official customer support channel. bon999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to bon999 is accurate, current, and complete at all times. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. bon999 is not liable for any errors or losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as an inactive account. bon999 will provide reasonable notice to the registered email address before any administrative action is taken on an inactive account. Dormancy fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated in advance.

04 Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bon999 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. bon999 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to Players.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and QR Ph are credited to your bon999 wallet instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfer deposits (InstaPay, PesoNet) are credited upon receipt of funds, typically within the same business day. bon999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.4 Declined Transactions

bon999 is not liable for any fees, charges, or losses resulting from declined or failed transactions initiated by your financial institution or e-wallet provider. If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, you should contact bon999's customer support with your transaction reference number.

05 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity details on your bon999 account. bon999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

bon999 targets the following processing timelines, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of pending security reviews:

• GCash & Maya: Under 5 minutes for verified accounts
• InstaPay: Within the same business day
• PesoNet / Bank Transfer: 1–2 business days

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

bon999 does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which bon999 bears no responsibility.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. bon999 reserves the right to adjust this threshold with reasonable notice.

5.5 Withdrawal Holds

bon999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, a security review, or an investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by bon999 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each bonus offer. Only real-money wagers contribute toward fulfilling wagering requirements unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the stated purpose of a promotion, or employing low-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements — constitutes a breach of these Terms. bon999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

bon999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion, offer, or bonus at any time and without prior notice, where there is a reasonable business or regulatory justification for doing so.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on bon999 — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, fishing games, and crash games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing protocols, in compliance with PAGCOR standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) information is available within each game's information panel.

7.2 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communications failure, the affected game round may be voided and any bets placed during the affected period will be refunded to the Player's account. bon999 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical error has materially affected the outcome. Live in-play betting results are determined by the outcome of the relevant sporting event, and bon999's official determination of results shall be final.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bon999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Operating, accessing, or using more than one bon999 account;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;

09 Responsible Gaming

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of bon999's content or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bon999 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime;
• Losses attributable to your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your account;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, financial institutions, or internet service providers;
• Any loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond bon999's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine consumer protection law or other mandatory applicable legislation.

12 Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of bon999's services, you should first contact our customer support team via the official live chat function available on the Platform. Our team aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a resolution within 5 business days.

12.2 Escalation to PAGCOR

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal procedure, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the competent regulatory authority for online gaming in the Philippines, in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints process.

12.3 Finality of Decisions

Decisions made by bon999 in respect of game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus determinations, made in good faith and in accordance with the applicable rules, are final and binding unless overturned through the complaints procedure described above.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bon999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure or PAGCOR's regulatory process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

bon999 operates in compliance with all applicable Philippine statutes and regulations, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended, the PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012).
